  1. Hang in there. In the pain. The suffering. The overwhelming and feeling of never ending darkness. I too could see no way out and no way forward other than suicide.

Well done for writing this blog post, for sharing how you are feeling and being “real.” Your situation sounds tough which means you must one tough cookie to get through everyday. Understandable very tiring too. In these times it’s very hard to have hope for the future, at least that’s what my experience was. So I will hold hope for you, I’ll keep holding it until you feel able to hold the hope for yourself.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for

  2. Sorry to hear things feel so utterly bleak for you. It’s an awful place to be in. The good thing about life is that can change for the better very quickly. And what it takes away in one hand, it gives something back in the other. Hold on x

  3. Hi, I am sorry you feel so bad, I have felt like this myself…. Without hope! I have written to you in the past, but you never wrote back, so I felt discouraged. I think you could benefit from starting a site where people can have a dialogue with you and the communication is a two way thing. It might help you not feel so isolated. I do hope you feel better soon. X

  4. Oh, man that sucks. 😦 We always make sure we have things to look forward to, and keep an eye on things larger than us that we can contribute to. Today wasn’t a great day for us, the time of year makes so many of us extra-anxious, and we’re not the only ones in the world having extra challenges at this time of year… Not sure if your issues are related. We tried suicide in a big and serious way many decades ago, and had to had to turn everything around. It’s like quicksand, those thoughts. It just got deeper and deeper the more we struggled with it. Sometimes we find it helpful to relax, to stop acting on the anxiety. Now we ask is this true? and most of the time, it’s not. So much of the crap in our heads is just not true.

Hey, make sure you let us know if everything’s OK.
